    • A device for controlling an excessive sliding of a proximal femoral nail is provided to fix a proximal portion stably by preventing a lag screw from being excessively slid, to adjust a concentration angle of a femur head in a distal portion easily, and to fasten a screw of the distal portion easily by using a radiochrometer at any position, so as to achieve a complete anatomical treatment of a broken bone. A device for controlling an excessive sliding of a proximal femoral nail includes: a proximal femoral nail body(1); a lag screw(2), composed of a shaft, a thread and a head, and fixing a cervix by using the proximal femoral nail body; a distal cortical upper screw(3); a distal cortical lower screw(4); a bolt type cap(5), preventing a foreign matter from being inserted into an insertion hole of the proximal femoral nail body; and a hole body(6), composed of a screw hole(6a) and a pin hole(6b) both of which prevent the lag screw from being slid, and inserting or distracting the proximal femoral nail body.

    • A sliding control hip compression screw is provided to prevent threads from being excessively slid by disposing an adjuster at a thread body and a metal plate groove inlet. A sliding control hip compression screw and a metal plate tool for treatment of proximal femur fracture comprise a sliding compression screw nail and a metal plate. A sliding compression metal plate body(12) formed in a polygon has threads with height deviations formed at a lag screw of the sliding compression screw nail. The height of a lag thread body is changed in a stair type of 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, or 20mm. Threads installed in the middle of a sliding compression screw nail body are formed at the sliding hip compression screw and the metal plate. Sliding degree is controlled by installing a nut inserted corresponding to the threads.

The greater trochanter stabilizing member includes a second joining part(210) joined with the first joining part through grooves and protrusions.
