    • A bone lengthening nail using an oscillation force is provided to facilitate a bone lengthening process by generating a high rotation power without implementing a motor or a battery in a human body. A bone lengthening nail using an oscillation force includes an upper device(1) and a lower device(2). The lower device is surrounded by an inner cavity of the upper device. Screws(5,6) are used to fix the upper and lower devices on fractured positions. An external force is applied at a lower bone from the fractured position(3). An oscillation motion is used as a power source which is converted into a one-directional rotation of a power converter(9). The rotation movement is converted into a proper rotation force by a transmission(10), and the rotation force is converted into a translational movement by screw units(11,12). Position sensors(13,14) for the upper and lower devices are implemented on one or both fractured positions. An external sensor detects signals from the position sensors.
