A dental prosthesis using a casting method adopting a carbon or ceramic bolt is a prosthesis for reclaiming a lost tooth, and includes a keeper(100) and a body(300). The keeper is disposed to enclose an abutment on one side from a lingual side and a buccal side simultaneously. The body encloses an abutment on the other side from a lingual side and a buccal side, operates as an artificial tooth and is coupled to the keeper with a screw. Bolt coupling holes are formed on each part of the keeper and the body by a casting method by use of a ceramic bolt, and are coupled with a coupling bolt(350).
