The bone fixing unit connects cut bones, and the bone fixing screw fixes the bone fixing unit to the bone. The supporting unit assists an operator to hold the bone fixing unit safely and easily. The bone fixing screw includes a body part, a hooking part, an accommodation part and a head part. The body part is formed by repeating a screw thread and a threaded rod in turn, and the hooking part is formed on the upper part of the body part. The accommodation part is formed with a smaller radius than the hooking part on the upper part of the hooking part, and is located in the inside of the screw hole. The head part is formed on the upper part of the accommodation part, and has a larger radius than the screw hole.
