摘要： 본 발명은 업소용 식기세척기의 헹굼수탱크 온도감지구조에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 외부의 펌핑모터나 솔레노이드밸브의 고장으로 인하여 헹굼수탱크에 물이 보충되지 않은 상태에서도 히터는 정상적으로 작동됨에 따라 히터가 과열되어 쉽게 고장이 나는 것은 물론 헹굼수탱크나 헹굼수도 과열되어 이로인해 헹굼모터가 고장나는 원인이 되었다.
따라서 본 발명은 일 측벽에 설치된 상하측 수위감지기(110a)(110b)에 의해 내부의 헹굼수가 일정 수위가 되면 외부의 펌핑모터와 연결된 헹굼수공급라인(200)을 통한 헹굼수 공급이 중단되고, 일정 수위 이하가 되면 상기 헹굼수공급라인(200)을 통한 헹굼수 공급이 이루어지며, 채워진 헹굼수는 히터(120)에 의해 적정온도로 가열되고, 그 가열된 헹굼수는 헹굼모터(130)로 펌핑되어 상하 헹굼노즐(400)로 공급되는 헹굼수탱크(100)에 있어서, 상기 헹굼수탱크(100)의 측벽에는 홀더(140)에 의해 고정되는 온도감지기(150)를 설치하여 헹굼수탱크(100)의 온도가 적정온도 이상으로 올라가면 히터(120)의 전원을 차단하여 히터(120)의 작동을 멈추게 한 것으로서 이러한 본 발명은 헹굼수탱크(100)내의 온도가 적정온도 이상으로 올라가는 것을 온도감지기(150)가 감지하여 히터(120)의 전원을 차단시켜 히터(120)의 과열을 방지하므로서 히터(120)의 고장을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 것은 물론 헹굼수탱크(100)와 헹굼수탱크(100)내의 헹굼수가 과열되는 것을 방지하여 이로인한 헹굼모터(130)의 고장을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 것이다.

Moreover, various control circuits are divided by functions while installing plural LED corresponding to the divided components. Thus, failed portions are conveniently detected for being repaired.
