In supplying initial power, a supply of rinsing water is checked. Without supplying the rinsing water enough, a hydroelectric valve is turned on. In supplying the rinsing water at an intermediate water level, a specific temperature of the rising water is maintained by operating a booster. In reaching a high water level, the hydroelectric valve is turned off and the rinsing water is injected to dishes by operating a rinsing pump.
