摘要： PURPOSE: A memorial tablet on which an image such as a photograph is displayed in gold(Au) or silver(Ag) and a method for manufacturing the same are provided which not only preserve the memorial tablet permanently but also contrast inherent colors of Au, Ag and Cu so that the outline of the colors is clear-cut. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a memorial tablet on which an image such as a photograph is displayed in gold(Au) or silver(Ag) comprises the processes of preparing a material of the memorial tablet which is silver(Ag) or copper(Cu), and has desirable shape and appearance; washing the material with 5 to 10% diluted sulfuric acid and washing again with distilled water before drying it; coating an anti-corrosive on the surface of the material(1), and heating the anti-corrosive coated material at a temperature of about 120 deg.C for about 10 minutes; partially removing the anti-corrosive(2) by developing the film adhered material exposed to ultraviolet rays in a developer(petroleum or a mixed solution of toluene and acetone) after closely adhering a film(3) on the upper surface of the material that is coated with an anti-corrosive containing a photosensitive solution and exposing the film attached material to ultraviolet rays; covering Au or Ag on the surface of the anti-corrosive removed part(2') by dipping the resulting material into a solution containing Au or Ag or coating gold or silver powder on the anti-corrosive partially removed material; and removing an anti-corrosive(2) from the material so that a color of Cu or Ag which are at the back side of the material is expressed, and coating a protective film on the material depending on the circumstances.
