The fastener tape has an end stopping portion(26) installed at the end of the coupling elements. The fastener tapes are coupled by the end stopping portion between the tape edges. The open end stopping portion is installed at the adjacent end of the coupling elements. A large size gap is formed by cutting the edges of the fastener tapes. The open end stopping portion covers the adjacent edges.
