CONSTITUTION: An accident sensing unit(100) is mounted inside or outside of a safety helmet. The accident sensing unit distinguishes an impact value about an external shock. If an impact value larger than a preset threshold value is sensed, the accident sensing unit outputs sound and applies light. The accident sensing unit transmits accident information to an integrated information station(300). The integrated information station stores accident information in a server in real time. The integrated information station searches the shortest movement route of an accident occurrence area.
