    • The present invention relates to functional clothes containing a far-infrared radiation composition and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the composition is composed by mixing 7-10 wt% of natural powders containing 76-88 wt% of alumina, 1.8-2.2 wt% of magnesium oxide, 1.8-2.0 wt% of calcium oxide, 1.0-1.4 wt% of sodium oxide, 0.1-0.3 wt% of potassium oxide, 0.1-0.3 wt% of an iron powder, and 6-8 wt% of silica; 83-86 wt% of distilled water; 1-2 wt% of an antibacterial preparation; 1-2 wt% of an urethane silicon resin; and 2-3 wt% of an ionizing catalyst, and optionally, further adding a pleasant flavor base material and an anti-static agent. The far-infrared radiation composition is prepared by ionizing these materials through first and second stirring, and then allowing the materials to be left. The far-infrared radiation composition prepared by the method has antibacterial, deodorizing, and anti-static functions, and thus, the far-infrared radiation composition creates unique natural fragrances when being applied to clothes, thereby providing a pleasant flavor, freshness, and the like; removes various kinds of odors around the human body, thereby leading to a pleasant life; is significantly cheap when compared with the existing base material, thereby facilitating popularization; and can be prepared into a neutral type, thereby being widely usable in the whole fiber field without side effects.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of coated gloves is provided to in-line process partial coating of fingertips of gloves. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of coated gloves on which NBR(Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber) or natural latex is coated comprises the following steps: a glove manufacturing step which manufactures gloves(100) by using cotton yarn, polyester yarn, nylon thread, or aramid yarn; a first coating step for pre-processing so that a coagulating agent or water repellent can be evenly infiltrated into the gloves by dipping the gloves into the coagulant or the water repellent; a dehydrating step for dehydrating the coagulating agent or water repellent remaining on the gloves; an insertion step for mounting the gloves in a mold by inserting the same into a prepared mold(200); a second coating step for raising a water tub to peripheral area of fingertips of gloves in order for an NBR coating agent(300) to be coated on the fingertips of the gloves; a curing step of the coated gloves for solidifying the coated gloves for 10-15 minutes; a decomposing step for decomposing and removing residual chemical coagulating agent, water repellent, and NBR coating agent; and a product checking and packing step for taking out, checking, and packing the gloves in which residual chemicals are removed.
