The coupling unit comprises the following: a pair of bale forming chains which are respectively installed at the left and right edges of the baling room and have a partial section which moves along a circular trajectory with a particular radius based on a central line, which is horizontal in respect to the left and right extended direction of the baling room; multiple coupling rollers which have both ends supported by the bale forming chains and are installed to be separated from each other in the length direction of the bale forming chains; multiple bearing means which are installed at particular intervals along the length direction of the bale forming chains; and a guide rail which is respectively installed at the left and right edges of the baling room and comes in contact with the bearing means so that the bale forming chains are guided and moved in a partial section. The bearing means comprise noise reducing members made of elastic material that come into contact with the guide rail.

According to the present invention, the self-propelled round baler is not necessary to include a special tractor because the self-propelled round baler can execute self-operation by receiving the oil-pressure power generated from the engine. The self-propelled round baler can save man power and costs and easily execute the work regardless of the environment of firm land (wetland) in which a turning radius is narrow because a distance between the shafts is short. The self-propelled round baler transfers the dry grass through the transfer apparatus, removes the foreign substances included in the dry grass, and executes a grass collection, a pick-up, and a baler work.
