摘要： An apparatus for compressing a mixed feed is provided to decrease the compression distance by compressing a mixed feed at two compression rooms, thereby improving productivity. An apparatus(100) for compressing a mixed feed comprises a supply part(110); a compression room(150) which is provided with a supply hole at the upper part and a discharge hole at the lower part and comprises a first compression room and a second compression room; first and second compression members(170,175) which are provided at the each side parts of the compression room to compress the mixed feed in line direction; first and second partition wall members(180,185) which are projected along the each edge facing with the discharge; and a discharge member which discharges the compressed feed, wherein the first and second compression members act alternatively to allow the first and second partition wall members to be projected alternatively so as to form first and second compression rooms for the compression of a mixed feed, thereby reducing the compression distance.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a straw bale block and to a method for producing a straw bale block using same. The apparatus for producing a straw bale block according to the present invention comprises: a compression box in which straw or bundles of straw are compressed; a discharge cylinder which moves the straw or bundles of straw to an outlet port; and a cutter which cuts the compressed straw or bundles of straw inserted into a frame by the discharge cylinder. According to the present invention, straw bale blocks having a uniform compressive strength, shape, and size may be produced by packing straw into the frame. In addition, pieces of straw with mortar distributed over the straw are collected so as to be continuously produced into blocks while a compression device returns to the original position thereof. Thus, the number of processes for construction may be significantly reduced. According to the present invention, long pieces of straw bundled together into a wide bale may be cut to a desired length or width and easily constructed into a wall of a desired thickness. In addition, mortar may be automatically applied among the pieces of straw, thereby reducing manpower for construction and enabling the wall to be easily finished.
