A turbine(40) is installed on a combustion gas exhaust pipe(300) of the engine, the turbine(40) is driven by the discharge force of the combustion gas, and a fan(20) driven by such a driving force is installed. The air generated by the driving of the fan(20) is discharged through an air discharge hole(13) of the backplate(10).
