摘要： 본 발명은 각 급 학교에서 사용하는 칠판에 분필로 강의를 한 후 칠판지우개로 지울 때 생기는 분필 가루를 효율적으로 제거 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 지우개로 칠판을 지우면 분필가루가 브라운운동에 의해 사방으로 퍼지게 되므로 교실의 공기를 오염 시켜 교사와 학생들의 건강에 악 영향을 끼치는 결과를 초래 한다. 본 발명은 이러한 분필 가루를 모세관현상과 식물의 증산작용의 원리를 응용해서 제거한 것이다. 지우개의 내부에 수용액의 혼합액체를 넣고 이 혼합 액체에 심지를 여러 개 삽입하고 심지의 윗부분은 총채처럼 실을 풀어 놓고 그 사이에 미세한 가루로 된 휴지를 풀어 놓은 실 사이사이에 골고루 빽빽이 채운다. 물은 모세관 현상에 의해서 심지를 타고 상승하고 심지 끝부분에서는 총채처럼 실이 퍼져 있으므로 물이 실을 통해 이동을 하고 이동한 물은 빽빽이 채운 가루휴지에 의한 모세관 현상 때문에 모든 방향으로 퍼진다. 가루로 된 휴지의 두께에 따라 지우개 표면의 습기는 조절할 수가 있다. 지우개 표면의 습기는 신문지에 물을 부었을 때 처음에는 많은 물 분자에 의해 번쩍 거린다. 한참 있으면 신문지가 물을 흡수 하여 번쩍거림이 없는 상태가 된다. 이때가 가장 좋은 습기라 할 수 있다. 이러한 상태의 습기로 칠판을 지우면 분필로 쓴 글씨와 칠판에 묻어 있던 분필가루까지 깨끗이 제거 되는 이중 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

摘要： Low grade foamed polystyrene with homogeneous foam size in foamed products, which has high strength, good workability, and is suitable for mass production, was obtained. Gas-contg. polystyrene beads, which were dried for 48hr at 40-50≦̸C by using a thermo-wind drier, were dried again under sunlight for 10 days to lower the gas content below 40-62.5%, and molded at high pressure-steaming temp. 80-125≦̸C.
