    • 본 고안은 백열등을 사용하는 조명기기의 전계파를 차단하기 위한 장치로서 전계파를 차단하는 방법은 일반적으로 알려진 바와 같이 전도성체로 감싸고 접지를 시키는 방식이 있지만, 조명등을 전도성체로 감싸게 되면 전도성체 성분이 비 투명체 이므로 조명등으로서의 기능을 할 수가 없다.
      본 고안은 이러한 수동적인 전계파 차단방식이 아닌 것으로 백열등에 인가되는 입력 전원을 접지 기준으로 서로 역위상이 되게 하여 백열등에 공급하고, 그 두 선의 위상이 서로 반대가 되게 함으로써 전계파를 상쇄시키는 효과가 발생하게 하여 백열등에서 발생하는 전계파를 서로 상쇄 시켜 차단시키기 위한 장치이다.

    • The present invention relates to a method for treating hydrofluoric acid liquid waste. The method comprises the steps of: (a) feeding slacked lime into waste water that is obtained after etching and washing in an etching procedure so that fluorine included in the waste water is fixed as calcium fluoride; (b) coagulating the calcium fluoride as a first sludge by feeding iron salts into the waste water; (c) precipitating the first sludge by feeding polymers into the waste water; (d) removing hardness by feeding sodium carbonate into the waste water; (e) feeding polymers into the waste water in order to be precipitated as a second sludge including calcium carbonate; and (f) denitrifying the waste water in order to be precipitated as a third sludge including carbonates. The second sludge and third sludge along with slacked lime are fed into hydrofluoric acid liquid waste that is used in the etching procedure in order to be neutralized and applied then to the steps (a) to (f), so that high concentration hydrofluoric acid liquid waste can be stably treated at low cost.
