    • PURPOSE: A production method of a carbon nanotube is provided to synthesize the carbon nanotube with a high yield by improving the contact rate with a catalyst and gas, and to be able to make a mass production of the carbon nanotube by continuously injecting the catalyst and gas. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a carbon nanotube comprises a step of heating a furnace(10), and a step of producing the carbon nanotube by injecting a catalyst and gas into the heated furnace. In the furnace heating step, the furnace is divided into multiple zones, and the heating is performed at the same or different temperature by zone. The furnace is divided into at least a first zone, a second zone, and a third zone toward the direction of the reduction of the injected catalyst and the synthetic progressive direction. The heating is performed at the same or different temperature ranged in 400-1,000 deg. C in each zone.     • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing silica aerogel powder is provided to prevent the occurrence of heat emitting reactions and explosions during manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A water glass solution and an organosilane compound are dispersed in an organic solvent to obtain dispersing liquid(110). Inorganic acid is added into the dispersing liquid. A geleration reaction and a solvent exchanging reaction are simultaneously implemented to the dispersing liquid with the inorganic acid to obtain silica hydrogel(120). The silica hydrogel is dried to generate silica aerogel powder at a temperature between 25 and -15 degrees Celsius and a pressure between 0.08 and 0.12 atm(130). The water glass solution is a non-ion-exchanged solution. The organic solvent is an apolar organic solvent.
