The soil concrete composition for deep mixing stirring according to the present invention contains 10 to 50 parts by weight of cement or blast furnace slag cement and 6 to 100 parts by weight of mixing water turning the cement or blast furnace slag cement into slurry with respect to 100 parts by weight of soil, and further contains 10 to 120 parts by weight of sodium silicate solution with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixing water.
