摘要： PURPOSE: A conductive resin composition for extrusion coating and a method for preparing a conductive sheet using the resin composition are provided, which has good conductivity and adhesive property to tarpaulin and can be produced as a tarpaulin-laminated conductive sheet by only one extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION: The conductive resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin as a base resin; 0.2-2.0 parts by weight of silane; 0.01-0.05 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent; 30-40 parts by weight of a conductive carbon black; 0.05-0.2 parts by weight of an antioxidizing agent; 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of a coupling agent; and 0.02-0.1 parts by weight of a processing aid. The polyolefin resin is at least one selected from the groups consisting of very low density polyethylene with a melt index of 5-20 g/10 min and a density of 0.910-0.950 g/cm¬3 prepared from ethylene and α-olefin of C3 or more, low density polyethylene, middle density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene ethyl acrylate and ethylene methyl acrylate.

摘要： PURPOSE: A heating sheet of a capillary net structure is provided to prevent an electric short circuit due to water penetration, and supply a power by using a bypass capillary wire even though a part of a coil is short circuited. CONSTITUTION: A heating sheet of a capillary net structure is interposed between an upper layer and a lower layer. A heating wire(60) radiates heat by a power supplied by being electrically connected to a connector. The heating wire(60) is structured of a capillary net like a beehive, whereby a power supply is enabled in a bypass manner even though a part of the heating wire is short circuited. Even when the heating sheet structured of capillary net is rolled to be carried or stored, the heating wire(60) is not short circuited and is easily bent since the heating wire(60) is formed of fine wires. When the heating sheet is used for an electric mat, a sofa, a jade mat, a stone bed or the likes which is touched with a human body, a user can rarely feel thickness of the heating wire(60) since the heating wire(60) is formed of the fine wires, so that convenience in use is improved.
