    • The present invention relates to a compound waterproofing technique for a concrete structure, and an objective thereof is to provide a compound waterproofing technique for a concrete structure with which a permeable waterproof material, an inorganic waterproof primer, and a polymer-containing top coating material are applied in sequence to the concrete structure so as to minimize a pore of the concrete structure and with which a crystallization reaction of the inorganic waterproof primer and the polymer make waterproof film layer and coating layer tissues denser for waterproof performance improvement. The present invention includes a primary waterproofing step in which the permeable waterproof material is applied to the concrete structure so that a first waterproof layer blocking the pore in the concrete structure is formed; a secondary waterproofing step in which the inorganic waterproof primer (WP) containing sodium acid (2CH3COONa), sodium nitrate (Na2NO3), and magnesium oxide (MgO) is applied after drying of the first waterproof layer so that a waterproof film layer sealing a crack through crystallization reaction inducement is formed; and a tertiary waterproofing step in which an inorganic top coating material (WPM) containing an EVA-based powder polymer and an acrylic powder polymer is applied after curing of the waterproof film for coating layer formation.

    • PURPOSE: A cross section restoring material including a crack sealing function and a cross section restoring method of a concrete structure using the same are provided to minimize the generation of crack in the restoration of a cross section and seal the crack by inducing carbonation to a cracked part when the crack is generated. CONSTITUTION: A cross section restoring material including a crack sealing function is comprised of a binding material, an expansion material, a crack compensating material, an admixture, and an aggregate. The crack compensating material includes poly vinyl acetate and sodium carbonate. The expansion material includes CSA, MgO, and anhydrous gypsum. Water and cross section restoring materials are mixed so that cross section mortar is formed. The cross section mortar is placed and cured in a damaged part of a concrete structure.

    • 본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 방수 공법에 관한 것이다.
      본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 침투식 알칼리성 방수재를 도포하여 제1 방수층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제1 방수층을 양생한 후 우레탄 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 프라이머층을 양생한 후 우레탄 방수재를 도포하여 제2 방수층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 방수층을 양생한 후 탑 코팅재를 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
      상기와 같이 본 발명은 침투식 알칼리성 방수재, 우레탄 프라이머, 우레탄 방수재 및 탑 코팅재로 포함하는 방수 공법을 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물을 방수함으로써 외부로부터 침투하는 물 또는 자외선을 현저하게 차단할 수 있으며, 내부로부터 발생하는 습기에 의한 방수재 균열 및 들뜸 현상을 현저하게 방지할 수 있고, 자외선을 차단하여 열화현상에 의한 변형을 방지할 수 있으며, 내마모성과 접착력이 우수한 효과가 있다.
