摘要： An artificial turf fabrication method is provided to prevent deformity like contraction caused after molding because protrusion and recessed portion are cooled down after forming. An artificial turf fabrication method comprises a step which prepares base material(10) in a roll state; a step which loosens and supplies the base material the forming roller which is heated at 40 to 80°C and hot strips plural protrusion(11) formed in a single-side of the base material and cools down it at - 5 to 10°C; a step which supplies the base material to forming roller which is heated within 40 to 80°C and hot strips plural recessed portions(12) formed in the same surface as the protrusion of the base material and cools down it at - 5 to 10°C; a step which tufts plural grass piles(15) in each protrusion of the base material and performs a back-coating(13) for the lower surface of the base material; and a step which forms plural water-permeable holes(17) passing through the base material into zigzag and reels it into the roll state.
