CONSTITUTION: A footwear insole comprises a base plate(10) which is equipped with a metarsal bone supporting part supporting the metarsal bone of the human body, is integrally extended to the metarsal bone supporting part, and supports the edge portion of the metapodium of the human body; a forefoot supporting part(21) supporting the whole forefoot of the human body; a metatarsus supporting part(23) except for the metarsal bone supporting part; and an inner plate(20) equipped with a metapodium supporting part(22) supporting the metapodium center.
