    • A key management method for streaming contents is provided to stream VOD(Video On-Demand) streaming content of a WMT(Windows Media Technologies) format and real-time streaming contents of MPEG2/4(Moving Picture Experts Group) TS(Transfer Stream) format in one player of a digital home. The contents are received from a real-time streaming module. A content ID, a content header key, a license obtainment URL(Uniform Resource Locator), and a public key of the received contents are transferred to a license management server. The content ID, a playback right, and a section key are received from the license management server. A random key is secured by decoding the received section key.
