    • A tire mold having nickel reinforcement extending service life of a mold and repairing method thereof is provided to prevent deformation of a mold and then improve reliability by repairing a tire mold in short time at relatively low temperature. A tire mold comprises a tread which forms thread of tire; top and lower projections(130) protruded to the top and lower part of tread; and a side joining part(140,150) meeting at right angle on both ends of the upper and lower projections. The nickel reinforcement comprises the top and lower projections; an isosceles of 8mm through 10mm of length formed on the same plane as the side joining part; one side equipped with bottom formed on the same plane as the tread; and a vertex faced by 2mm through 3mm from one side.

    • A method for repairing tire mold using cold spray technology is provided to reduce work time required to welding and then reduce costs by forming aluminum alloy layer having relatively thin and improved hardness using cold spray technology. A method for repairing tire mold using cold spray technology comprises a dimension measuring step for measuring worn surface of the top and bottom protrusion and the side boding surface; an aluminum alloy layer formation step for forming an aluminum alloy layer(L1) by spraying with a low temperature spray way through the nozzle(240) of 4mm which is away 14mm or 16mm or 6mm from the worn surface by accelerating aluminum alloy powder(Pa) on the polished surface to the compressed air of 5.8kgf/cm^2 or 6.4kgf/cm^2; and a polishing step for polishing the aluminum alloy layer smoothly.
