摘要： PURPOSE: A molding device of a water pipe coupler, and a water pipe coupler using the same are provided to accurately fix a water pipe by safely controlling the outer diameter of a second core according to the diameter of the water pipe. CONSTITUTION: A molding device of a water pipe coupler comprises a slide inner core, a first core and a second core(60). The slide inner core is connected to a cylinder shaft(24). The slide inner core has a core sliding groove and a press core(43). The core slide groove is formed in four directions. The press core is installed in the core shaft. The core moving projection of the first core is combined in the core slide groove. An inner movable core is installed in the outer end part of the first core. The second core is installed between the first cores to the outside of the slide inner core. The inner movable core is located in a core press groove of the second core.

The head has a pipe linking groove, a packing groove, and a joining space. A bolt passes through a gland and is fixed and coupled with a screwnut. The head unit of the bolt is combined between the joining spaces. The internal pressure wheel is formed at the upper of the head. The internal pressure wheel has a joint groove and a bolt hole. The external pressure wheel is combined in the internal pressure wheel. The separation protection connector fixes the external diameter of water supply and drainage pipe(10).
