    • PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify processes and to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing usage count of a fine metal mask than R, G, and B independence patterning mode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is included in red, green, blue sub-pixel regions of a substrate. A DBR(Distrubuted Bragg Reflector) layer(110) is arranged between substrate and the first electrode. The DBR layer is formed by laminating a first layer and a second layer by turns. A refractive index of the first layer is lower than a refractive index of the second layer. A hole implant layer(131) is included on the upper side of the substrate in order to cover the first electrode. A hole-transport layer(133) is included on the upper side of the hole-injection layer. A sacrificial layer is included between the hole implant layer and the hole-transport layer of the green sub-pixel region.
