    • An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to use an N-type thin film transistor by arranging an electron injection layer between a cathode electrode and an organic light emitting layer. A driving thin film transistor includes a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer is made of an N-type oxide semiconductor. At least one insulation film(160) is formed on the driving thin film transistor. A pixel defining film(165) defines a pixel region on the insulation film. A cathode electrode(170) is connected to the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor. An electron injection layer(180) is formed on a whole surface of the pixel defining film and the cathode electrode. An organic light emitting layer(190) is formed on the electron injection layer. An anode electrode(200) is formed on the organic light emitting layer.
