    • PURPOSE: A relaxation oscillator using a negative feedback circuit is provided to eliminate frequency shift due to the delay or offset of a comparator by controlling a peak voltage of a lamp wave and a reference voltage to be the same value. CONSTITUTION: A relaxation oscillator(140) comprises a lamp wave generating unit(100), a negative feedback circuit(130), and a switching signal generating unit(120). The lamp wave generating unit generates a lamp wave through the complementary operation of a first capacitor module(100a) charged and discharged by a first switching signal and a second capacitor module(100b) charged and discharged by a second switching signal. The negative feedback circuit generates a compensation voltage for compensating for errors with a reference voltage by receiving the feedback of the lamp wave. The switching signal generating unit generates the first switching signal controlling the charging/discharging of the first capacitor module and the second switching signal controlling the charging/discharging of the second capacitor module.

    • PURPOSE: A power factor improvement circuit is provided to increase an average value of input current by restricting a switching frequency, thereby improving a power factor of a power conversion module. CONSTITUTION: A power conversion module(100) converts input voltage(Vin) into output voltage(Vout) of a fixed size. A signal selection module(200) selectively outputs a first signal(Vref3) which has a fixed value and a second(Vsample) which has a variable value. The signal selection module comprises a first module(210), a second module(220), and a third module(230). A first reference wave generation module(300) generates a first reference wave which is reset according to a first reset signal. A switching signal generation module(400) generates a main switching signal.
