摘要： PURPOSE: A blowing apparatus and method of a converter are provided to improve the accuracy of hot blending by controlling the air feed rate and the amount of refrigerant injection according to changes in work conditions. CONSTITUTION: A blowing method of a converter comprises the steps of: removing slag at 20-30% completion of blowing in a converter, dipping a sub lance to measure the temperature of molten steel and the concentration of carbon at 45-55% completion of blowing, controlling the air feed rate and the amount of refrigerant injected to aim 75-85% completion of blowing, dipping the sub lance to measure the dynamic temperature of molten steel and the dynamic carbon concentration of carbon at 75-85% completion of blowing, and controlling the air feed rate and the amount of refrigerant injected to aim a target final molten steel temperature and a target final carbon concentration.
