    • A release sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a release layer on a substrate with low heat resistance by producing the release layer at low temperature and to cope with transfer coating of an adhesive due to good resistance of the release sheet against an organic solvent such as toluene, acetate ethyl, and MEK(Methyl Ethyl Ketone). A release sheet is composed of a base film and a release layer. The release layer is a cured layer produced by irradiating active energy ray to diene polymer containing a cleavage photopolymerization initiator in molecules. The active energy ray is UV(Ultraviolet) ray. The 0.01~10wt.% of cleavage photopolymerization initiator is added to the 100wt.% of diene polymer. The thickness of the diene polymer is 0.02~5.0 micron meters. The release layer is formed by applying and drying the release solution on the base film and then curing the release solution by irradiating the active energy ray.

    • A release sheet is provided to secure good releasability from an adhesive layer and release stability by controlling surface roughness of a substrate or an underlayer as a surface contacted with the adhesive layer. A release sheet is formed by directly laminating a rubber release layer on a substrate or through an underlayer. The average roughness of a center line of the surface of the substrate or the underlayer coming into contact with the rubber release layer is below 0.06 micron meters and the thickness of the rubber release layer is 0.01~5 micron meters. The rubber release layer is cured by irradiating active energy rays such as UV(Ultraviolet) rays and made of polybutadiene or polyisoprene. The underlayer is made of alkyd resin or urethane resin and the thickness is over 0.05 micron meters.
