    • PURPOSE: A high/low voltage distribution system is provided to rapidly block power supplied to a load by transmitting a trip signal of an arc sensor to a circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION: A current detector(81-83) detects the current of a distributed power source to identify a short, overload, and arc. A protection relay(60) generates a trip signal by comparing the detected current from the current detector with a reference current when the current is abnormal. An arc sensor senses the arc by using an optical fiber. The arc sensor generates a trip signal when the arc is generated. A circuit breaker(50) generates a blocking command to prevent damage to the distribution system due to the overload, short, and arc.
