CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a water-containing fertilizer using livestock excretion comprises next steps: adding humidity adjusting agent to livestock excretion and bio-degrading by aerobic bacteria(S1010); drying the livestock excretion compost(S1020); processing the dried livestock excretion compost into pellets or powder; mixing PVA 10% aqueous solution with the livestock excretion compost(S1030); primary drying the mixed compost until moisture content becomes 50% or less(S1040); molding the mixed compost into proper sized particles(S1050); and secondary drying the mixed compost until moisture content becomes 30% or less(S1060).

CONSTITUTION: Coated seeds for afforestation comprise a coating bath(100), a motor(110), and air(130) including dry air(120) and moisture. The coating bath is rotated by the motor. A manufacturing method of the coated seeds is as follows. Fertilizer and polyvinyl alcohol 10% aqueous solution are thrown into the coating bath. The coating bath is rotated, dry air is supplied into the coating bath, and air including moisture is discharged from the coating bath.
