    • PURPOSE: Creep torque control apparatus and method for a hybrid vehicle are provided to offer the stabilized oscillation performance and accelerating performance of the hybrid vehicle by controlling the creep torque using the operation depth of a brake pedal and the gradient of the driving road. CONSTITUTION: A creep torque control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle comprises the following: a driving information detecting unit(110) detecting various information regarding the driving, and providing the information to a vehicle control machine(120); the vehicle control machine determining if the information supplied from the driving information detecting unit satisfies the creep torque control condition, and setting the creep torque by determining the torque output rate based on the operation depth of a brake pedal and the gradient of the driving road; a motor control machine(130) generating a PWM signal for operating a motor using the creep torque, and controlling the phase transformation of an inverter(140); an acceleration pedal detecting unit detecting the displacement of an acceleration pedal; a brake pedal detecting unit detecting the operation and the operation depth of the brake pedal; and a transmission level detecting unit, a vehicle speed detecting unit, and a gradient detecting unit detecting the speed changing terminal position, the driving car speed, and the gradient of the driving road, independently.

    • PURPOSE: A driving point control system of hybrid vehicle and a method thereof are provided to provide torque responsibility and ride quality by processing optimal driving control. CONSTITUTION: A driving point control system of hybrid vehicle includes a controller(40). If an engine turns on or off by a first motor(21), the controller detects speed of the first motor in order to extract an accelerating torque. The controller detects the speed of the first motor and extracts the accelerating torque. The controller decides gain of the accelerating torque by applying speed of a driving mode and the engine. The controller applies accelerating torque and gain to the actual torque of the first motor. The controller calculates amount of the engine torque variation according to drive of the first motor.
