CONSTITUTION: An outer conductor(3) having a rectangular shape side surrounds the conductor(1). The insulator(2) is arranged between an inner conductor and an outer conductor. An outer cover(6) covers the outer conductor while having a first surface and a second surface. The outer conductor comprises a plurality of slots(5) for forming the leakage electromagnetic field on one or more surface.
