    • PURPOSE: A foil-shaped battery suitable for a mobile electronic device is provided, to improve productivity, sealing confidence and insulation of a lead body drawing part, volume energy density, assembling property and durability. CONSTITUTION: The battery(1) comprises a can main body(3) which has a concave part(31) for accommodating at least some part of an electrode body(5) and a flange part(32) in the edge of the aperture part, and a metal cover(4) which seals the aperture part of the concave part and are integrated with the can main body by adhesion at the flange part to form a battery can(2) which accommodates an electrode body comprising layered sheet-shaped positive and negative electrodes(51, 52) and a separator(53) and an electrolyte solution, wherein the battery has a lead body(54, 55) whose one end is electrically connected with at least one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode and a drawing hole(6) for a lead body set at some part of the flange face containing the both sides of the integrated flange part. The flange part at the side of or near the position where at least drawing hole for a lead body is set, is sealed by the adhesion using a resin, and the other end is drawn outside the battery can through the sealing part of the resin.

      이를 위하여 본 발명에서는 바닥이 있는 각진 통형상의 전지캔(1)의 개구 상면을 막는 덮개(3)와, 전지캔(1)내에 수용된 전극체(2)와, 덮개(3)에 관통형상으로 설치된 음극 단자(12)와, 덮개(3)의 하면측에 배치된 절연체(11)와, 절연체(11)의 하면측에 배치된 리드판(17)과, 전극체(2)로부터 상향으로 도출한 음극 집전 리드(7)를 포함한다. 음극 집전 리드(7)의 상단부가 리드판(17)의 하면에 용접되어 있어, 전지캔(1)의 앞벽 근처의 위치에서 접어 구부러져 있다. 절연체(11)는, 덮개(3)와 리드판(17)과의 사이에 끼워진 덮개측 절연부(22)와, 덮개측 절연부(22)의 전후단의 전단측으로부터 아래쪽으로 연장되는 앞 측벽(25)을 포함하고 있다. 전지 조립전의 자유상태에 있어서는 절연체(11)의 덮개측 절연부(22)와 앞 측벽(25)이 거의 직선으로 되어 있다.

    • Provided is a sealed and square form battery having compact size and reliable explosion-proof valve to prevent accidental breakdown of thinner parts using shape variation of battery case due to abnormal increase of inner pressure of the battery. The battery comprises a square battery case(1) with extended cross-length consisting of a square form cylindrical case body(5) and a cover(6) to seal top side of the body(5); any one installation wall(6a) of the cover(6) among all sides of the case(1); and an explosion-proof valve(2) near shorter side(6c) of the wall(6a). The valve(2) has V shaped groove(15) to divide area of the wall(6a) in front and backside directions and thinner parts(16) formed by the groove(15). Inside the wall(6a), cut-grooves(18) to link front and back ends of the groove(15) and longer side(6d) of the wall(6a) are formed.

    • A sealed type battery such as a lithium secondary battery is provided to increase the battery capacity without decreasing sealing properties by using an insulation packing. The sealed type battery comprises: a cover(7) for closing the upper part of an opening of a battery case; a terminal hole(13) which is cylindrically formed in the cover; and an output terminal(11) inserted to the terminal hole through an insulation packing(9), wherein the output terminal is comprised of a head part(19) being exposed on the upper surface of the cover, tapered sides(21) having a smaller circumferences as going down from the lower surface of the head part and an axis part(22); wherein the insulation packing is comprised of a tubular part(25) where the axis part is inserted and a flange part(26) inserted between the head part and the cover by being formed on the rim of the tubular part; wherein the tapered part has an outer diameter bigger than the inner diameter of the upper opening of the inserting hole(24) of the insulation packing, while the outer circumference of the tapered part is closely inserted into the insert hole of the insulation packing while compressing and squeezing down the periphery of the opening by caulking the output terminal.
