摘要： A rotor for a centrifuge and the centrifuge are provided to restrain resonant sound by making a receiving part shallow and to prevent samples from leaking from the receiving part during operation of the centrifuge. A rotor(10) for a centrifuge has a ring-shaped unit(12) equipped with plural receiving parts(12a) for supporting a sample vessel. An open section part(12A) is formed at the ring-shaped unit and provided with holes(12b) of the receiving parts aligned in a circumferential direction. A recessed part is disposed between the holes adjacent to each other at the section part. The recessed part comprises groove units for making the adjacent holes communicate with each other.
