CONSTITUTION: A digital signal processing device includes a frame generating part(2), a Fourier transform part(3), a frequency characteristic adding part(4), an inverse Fourier transform part(5), and a sample removing part(6). The frame generating part generates a plurality of frames overlapping a constant section from a sample sequence in the time domain. The Fourier transformation part transforms the frame generated by the frame generating part into a frequency domain. The frequency characteristic adding part adds frequency characteristics to the frame transformed into the frequency domain. The inverse Fourier transform part transforms the frame where the frequency characteristics are added into a sample sequence in the time domain. The sample removing part deletes the overlapped part of the sample sequence in the time domain.

CONSTITUTION: A sigmaΔ modulation A/D converter includes an analog unit(141-1) and a digital unit(142-1). An analog unit includes a sigmaΔ modulator, a control circuit(61-1), and level converters(64,65,66). The control circuit includes an exclusive OR NOT circuit(73) and an exclusive OR circuit(74). The level converters form a level converting unit. The digital unit comprises a low pass filter(421) and a decimator(422).
