An adhesive unit(180) is made of double-sides tape in order to adhere the diffusion film member(140), the acryl supporting member(150), and the reflecting film member(160).

A control unit detects the pressure difference of the first and second pressure sensors, and generates a control signal if the pressure difference is more than a reference value. An air supply unit receives the control signal, generates air, and supplies the air to the air supply pipe.
