    • The present invention relates to an access device for charging electrical vehicle, more particularly, to an access device for charging electric vehicle which includes: a first connector which is fixated to a pallet of parking tower; a second connector which is fixated to a horizontal beam corresponding to the first connector; a first fixation plate to which the second connector is fixated; multiple angle adjustment members which are fixated to the bottom surface of the first fixation plate and one side, and are supported to rotate the first fixation plate by a predetermined angle; a second fixation plate to which the angle adjustment members are fixated; and a shock-absorbing member which is fixated in between the second fixation plate and horizontal beam. Since the location of the second connector is adjusted and is engaged by the first connector moved by the pallet, the engagement between the first connector and second connector can be stable, and a process of fixating the second connector to the first connector can be precisely done by adjusting the height and angle of the connectors.
