    • PURPOSE: A tape for improving organic solvent is provided to remarkably reduce the air pollution and protect the surface of the metallic pipes from corrosion by a corrosion resistant pigment-containing adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: A tape for improving organic solvent comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer(11) which includes a metallic powder by being attached to an object; a support layer(12) formed on the adhesive layer; and a UV-reflective layer(13) reflecting UV lights by being formed on the support layer. The adhesive layer consists of an acrylic or rubber material. The thickness of the adhesive layer is 20-80 micron. The metallic powder consists of one selected from potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, aluminum, and zinc. The size of the metallic powder is 300-2,000 nm.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for heating and coating with two-liquid type paint is provided to react a certain amount of the two-liquid type paint using a heating unit before injecting, thereby extending the pot life and reducing the drying time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for heating and coating with two-liquid type paint comprises a storage tank(10), a mix and transfer unit(20), a heating unit(30), a heat insulation unit(40), and an injection nozzle unit. The storage tank separately stores a first liquid and a second liquid for two-liquid type paint. The mix and transfer unit connected to the storage tank transfers the first liquid and the second liquid separately. The heating unit connected to the mix and transfer unit heats the mixed two-liquid type paint. The two-liquid type paint heated in the heating unit flows in the heat insulation unit for reserving the heat at a certain temperature. The injection nozzle unit sprays the two-liquid type paint stored in the heat insulation unit to a wall surface to be coated. The apparatus for heating and coating with two-liquid type paint heats and keeps warmth of the heat two-liquid type paint during the pot life, for spray-coating at an optimal temperature and drying time reduction.
