CONSTITUTION: A method for rolling materials with a different roll-speed is as follows. A curvature of an edge part discharged from a rolling roll at a target curvature is measured(S14). A different roll-speed in an on-road condition is calculated by calculating the curvature if the measured curvature and the target curvature are out of a permissible range(S24). After calculating the different roll-speed in the on-road condition, and an idle load is calculated. If the idle load is below a target value, the calculated different roll-speed in the on-road condition is set. If the idle load is more than the target value, the different roll-speed in the non-road condition is set.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically aligning rolling materials(100) comprises an image acquisition unit(110), an operation processing unit(130), and a rolling roll gab regulating unit(150). The image acquisition unit takes a photograph the image of rolling materials(S) reciprocating between the front and rear sides of rolling rolls(P). After converting the image receiving from the image acquisition unit to image data, the operation processing unit compares reference image data with the image data to operate the meandering errors of the rolling materials. The rolling roll gap regulating unit regulates a gap between the rolling rolls by using the meandering errors transmitted from the operation processing unit.
