    • The present invention relates to an injection molding integrated high flow/high elastic fluorine gasket for a hydrogen fuel cell capable of increasing stack sealing durability without separation plate deformation when unification is performed by injection molding on a thin bipolar plate since the fluorine gasket exhibits excellent fluidity and elasticity. The present invention increase fluidity since mooney viscosity is low as compared to an existing compound using fluoroelastomer as base material, improves injection molding by increasing cross scorch time, is able to increase the sealing durability of a stack by increasing elasticity since compression set is low and is able to stably use the stack under stack fastening condition and operation condition without the change of existing conditions since the fluorine gasket exhibits repetition compressive behavior, electrochemical cell performance and contact resistance properties of the equivalent level of existing fluorine gasket.     • PURPOSE: A sealing structure of an insert for a water jacket is provided to divide the cooling water flow inside of the water jacket and make the upper flow faster, thereby cooling the upper part of a cylinder block, in which more thermal load is exerted, more efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A sealing structure of an insert for a water jacket comprises an interlayer isolation frame(110) and a plurality of support frames(120). The water jacket(J) is formed in a cylinder block. The interlayer isolation frame is formed in the same shape as the water jacket and includes a plurality of stopper frames(150) which protrude from the side opposite to the support frame. The support frames are protruded from one side of the interlayer isolation frame and contact with the inner surface of the water jacket.
