    • 본 발명은 연료전지 분리판의 접착부 기밀구조에 관한 것으로서, 냉각수 유로의 기밀 유지를 위한 분리판의 접착부에서 수소극판 및 공기극판의 두 분리판 중 한쪽에만 접착제가 도포되어 채워지는 그루브가 형성되고, 연결통로부와 냉각수 유로에 접착제가 과다 도포되어 흘러넘치는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 그루브의 양 측방 위치를 따라 홈 형태의 댐부가 형성되어, 두 분리판의 접착을 위한 가압시에 상기 그루브로부터 흘러나온 접착제가 각 댐부에 추가적으로 채워지도록 한 연료전지 분리판의 접착부 기밀구조에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 접착부에서 단면상 3개의 기밀 라인이 형성되면서 기밀성이 향상될 수 있고, 종래와 같이 부동냉각수가 막전극접합체(MEA)로 누출되거나 누출된 성분이 촉매를 오염시켜 성능을 저하시키는 문제점이 효과적으로 해소될 수 있게 된다.

An adhesive part airtight structure of a fuel cell separator of a fuel cell stack is formed with: a groove(114) in which adhesive is coated onto the adhesive part of one separator of two laminated separator(113) and is filled; and dam parts(114a, 114b) of the groove type in which one side of the section is opened on the boundary of two separators, along both sides of groove. The adhesive flowed out from the groove is additionally filled with each dam part by using the pressure for the adhesion of two separators in the state that adhesive is coated onto groove and is filled.
