    • PURPOSE: An urea grease composition is provided which has improved wear-resistance and heating inhibition properties and increases durability of joint or bearing and effectively prevents degradation of rubber. CONSTITUTION: The urea grease composition comprises: (i) urea grease containing 2-35 wt.% of urea as a thickener; (ii) 0.5-8.0 wt.% of sulfurized molybdenum dialkyl dithiophosphate represented by the following formula (1); (iii) 0.5-10 wt.% of zinc dithiophosphate represented by the following formula (2); and (iv) 0.2-7 wt.% of borated amine. In the formula (1), each R1 and R2 is a C1-24 alkyl group, m is an integer of 0-3, and n is an integer of 1-4, where m+n is 4. In the formula (2), R is a primary ethyl hexyl.

    • PURPOSE: A grease composition having a reduced amount of a sulfur-phosphorous-based additive for improving extreme pressure property by adding a borate compound to conventional grease compositions is provided. Therefore, the composition can effectively prevent rubber deterioration while maintaining or improving extreme pressure property and abrasion coefficient characteristic. CONSTITUTION: The titled grease composition is characterized in that 0.3 to 5% by weight of a borate compound is added to grease containing a sulfur-phosphorous-based abrasion preventing agent, a sulfur-based extreme pressure additive and an organic molybdenum compound, wherein a content of a sulfur component and phosphorous component of the total grease does not exceed 2% by weight respectively.

    • An automatic transmission fluid composition is provided to improve friction characteristic, thermal stability, oxidation stability, and shiftability and to secure a wide temperature application range. The automatic transmission fluid composition contains high pure oil of 65~80wt.% produced by three hydrogen treatment processes, polymethacrylate of 2~10wt.%, a friction modifier of 2~5wt.%, and an additive of 10~20wt.%. The viscosity index of the high pure oil is 122~126 and the high pure oil contains saturated hydrocarbon over 99% and sulfur below 1ppm. The friction modifier consists of non-boron succinate imide of 40~60wt.%, dialkyl hydrogen phosphite of 5~15wt.%, and a diluent of 25~45wt.%. The additive consists of boron succinate imide of 10~20wt.%, condensate of fatty acid and amine of 3~10wt.%, an anti-oxidant, an antifoaming agent, and the diluent.

    • PURPOSE: An oil composition for transmission fluid is provided to maintain proper frictional force between a belt and a pulley in a push belt continuously variable transmission, and to be suitable for push belt continuously variable transmission which requires the lubricity of a gear and a bearing, etc. and the clutch frictional property of the auto transmission. CONSTITUTION: A push belt oil composition for continuously variable transmission contains 2-8 weight% of viscosity regulator, 1-3 weight% of succinimide dispersant and 0.5-1.5 weight% of borated dispersant as dispersant, and 1.5-3.0 weigh% of friction adjustor in base oil. The push belt oil composition for continuously variable transmission contains 2-8 weight% of viscosity regulator, 1.5-4.5 weight% of dispersant, and 0.1-1.5 weigh% of overbase borated calcium sulfonate, 0.5-1.0 weigh% of hydrocarbyl amine and 0.2-0.4 weigh% of overbase magnesium hydrocarbyl benzenesulfonate as friction adjustor in base oil. The push belt oil composition for continuously variable transmission contains 2-8 weigh% of polymethacrylate viscosity regulator, 1-3 weight% of succinimide dispersant, 0.5-1.5 weight% of borated dispersant, 1.0-1.5 weight% overbased borated calcium sulfonate, 0.5-1.0 weight% of hydrocabyl amine, 0.2-0.4 weight% of overbased magnesium hydrocarbyl benzenesulfonate, 0.3-0.5 weight% of calcium salicylate, 0.2-0.4 weight% of alkylphosphate phosphoric acid, 1.0-1.4 weight% of antioxidant, 1.0-1.5 weight% of diluent, and 0.1-0.3 weight% of borate epoxide. The base oil is high degree refined oil or synthetic oil, and has 120deg.C of the viscosity index. The viscosity regulator is star type asteric polymethacrylate. The overbase borated calcium sulfonate has 295mg KOH/mg of total base number.
