    • PURPOSE: A winding jig, a gas tank, and a method for manufacturing the gas tank are provided to reduce winding time and to accurately wind a filament except for an unwound part. CONSTITUTION: A winding jig(500) guides a filament member to a position separated from an unwound part of a gas tank when the filament member is wound to manufacture the gas tank. The unwound part defines parts where the filament member should not be wound such as opened and protruded parts of the gas tank. The winding jig is mounted on the unwound part during the winding of the filament member and is separated from the unwound part when the filament is completely wound. The winding jig comprises a bottom part(510), a head part(530), and an inclined surface(520). The bottom part is opened to cover the unwound part. The head part is smaller than the bottom part. The inclined surface is formed in a part where the head part and the bottom part are connected.

    • PURPOSE: A gas tank and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the formability and rigidity of each floor by coupling an intermediate fiber layer to a liner. CONSTITUTION: A gas tank comprises an intermediate fiber layer(200), a surface resin layer(300), and a synthetic resin liner(100). The intermediate fiber layer is formed by winding a filament member containing glass fiber or carbon fiber. The surface resin layer is laminated on the intermediate fiber layer. The synthetic resin liner accommodates gas. The filament member is wound on the exterior of the liner.
