    • PURPOSE: A concrete temperature difference reduction system which applies a pipe cooling technology during concrete curing, a concrete temperature difference reduction curing method of construction using the system, and a cured structure manufactured by using the method are provided to prevent inner cracks due to temperature difference between inside and outside surfaces of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A concrete temperature difference reduction system which applies a pipe cooling technology during concrete curing comprises a water tub(100), pipes(120), and hoses(300). The water tub accepts cooled water. The pipes are installed inside a concrete structure which is located inside a mold. The pipes penetrate through the concrete structure and are installed with fixed intervals. The pipes are connected to the water tub in order for cooled water to be provided to inside the pipe. An inner temperature of the concrete structure diminishes and cooled water inside the pipes is heated. The hoses are respectively connected to the pipes and are installed on outer surface(20) of the concrete structure.

    • The present invention relates to a flexible hose in a mobile concrete pump truck capable of rotating and discharging concrete materials, a concrete material injecting apparatus having the flexible hose, and a method of injecting concrete material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a concrete material injecting apparatus mounted on a mobile concrete pump truck capable of rotating and discharging concrete materials which includes a flexible hose provided at an end to inject concrete materials into a mold and having a spiral central axis installed inside to rotate and discharge the injected concrete materials; a direction changing unit which is installed at an end of the flexible hose and is capable of relative rotation about the flexible hose; and a vibrator soaked inside the concrete material accumulated in the mold to be vibrated. The concrete material injecting apparatus mounted on a mobile concrete pump truck can change a discharge direction of the concrete materials and discharge the concrete materials while rotating.
