    • The present invention relates to a treatment system and a treatment method for recycling steel wastewater. More particularly, the present invention relates to a treatment method for recycling steel wastewater, comprising the steps of: lowering the pH of the steel wastewater by introducing the steel wastewater into a pH adjustment part; filtering the wastewater, which has been discharged from the pH adjustment part, by introducing the wastewater into a membrane filtration part; generating final process water by introducing the wastewater, which has been filtered by the membrane filtration part, into an RO filtration part; introducing concentrate into a concentrate treatment part via the RO filtration part, and discharging RO produced water for recycling; and evaporating the concentrate, which has been introduced into the concentrate treatment part, to combine the obtained steam with the produced water of the RO filtration part again.

    • The present invention relates to a system and a treating method for reusing wastewater from a steel manufacturing process. In particular the system for reusing wastewater from a steel manufacturing process includes: a first pH adjusting unit in which suspended solids in the influent wastewater from a steel manufacturing process are crystalized; a filtration filter unit by which the crystalized suspended solids having a first diameter or greater one is firstly filtrated from the wastewater having adjusted pH; a turbidity sensing unit which senses a turbidity generated by suspended solids having a diameter less than the first diameter in the firstly filtrated wastewater; a MF filter unit by which suspended solids having a second diameter or greater one are secondly filtrated from the firstly filtrated wastewater; a UF filter unit by which suspended solids having a third diameter or greater one are thirdly filtrated from the wastewater discharged from the MF filter unit; a second pH adjusting unit in which the wastewater discharged from the UF filter unit is neutralized; and a RO filtration unit which uses a reverse osmosis membrane to remove contaminants from the neutralized wastewater and produces industrial water for manufacturing steel.
