摘要： A distributor system that improves uniformity across the horizontal cross section of a reactor in a flow flowing down from chimneys, improves mixing of gas and liquid entering a second distributor tray before contacting with a subsequent catalyst bed, and keeps a vortex motion intact in a mixing chamber above the chimneys at the same time while improving uniformity in the flow and mixing the gas and liquid is provided. A downflow catalytic reactor(1) has plural catalyst beds through which a mixture of gas and liquid pass, and a region which is formed between subsequent catalyst beds and provided with a distributor system for distribution and mixing of gas and liquid before the gas and liquid contact with a subsequent catalyst bed, the downflow catalytic reactor is characterized in that the region comprises: (a) a gas injection line arranged under a catalyst support tray; (b) a collector tray(4) adapted to receive gas and liquid; (c) spillway collectors(5) that extend above the elevation of the collector tray and are provided with outlet openings for passing gas and liquid, wherein the outlet openings are adapted so that exiting gas and liquid perform a vortex motion; (d) a mixing chamber(6) adapted to receive and maintain a vortex motion of the gas and liquid flowing down from the spillway collectors; (e) an impingement plate(7) arranged under the mixing chamber and adapted to direct a flow in a radial direction from the mixing chamber; (f) a first distributor tray(8) arranged under the impingement plate having a plurality of holes all over to allow liquid to pass downward and a plurality of chimneys(11) to allow gas to pass downward; and (g) a second distributor tray(10) arranged under the first distributor tray having a plurality of long tubes(16), wherein the long tubes provide redistribution of gas and liquid before gas and liquid contact with the subsequent catalyst bed, and wherein at least one chimney is provided with a distributor device(14) capable of dividing at least the chimney chamber into at least two chambers.
