    • The present invention provides an apparatus for removing catalyst metal of graphene, comprising: a treatment water tank wherein a reaction to remove catalyst metal of graphene is performed by containing a catalyst metal removing solution and a part of the catalyst metal removing solution is overflowed; a transfer unit arranged within the treatment water tank for transferring a catalyst metal wherein graphene is formed on at least one side thereof in one direction in a state of being soaked in the catalyst metal removing solution; a mixing unit arranged in the upper or the lower side of the transferring unit within the treatment water tank for mixing the catalyst metal removing solution; an auxiliary water tank for containing the catalyst metal removing solution overflowed from the treatment water tank; a circulation unit for resupplying the catalyst metal removing solution within the auxiliary water tank to the treatment water tank and for supplying the catalyst metal removing solution within the auxiliary water tank in a direction parallel to the transferring direction of the catalyst metal.

    • PURPOSE: A transferring method of graphene is provided to efficiently transfer graphene on a target substrate by removing a metallic catalyst member.
