CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 1-3 parts by weight of cross-linking agent, 3-35 parts by weight of ethylene-butyl acrylate-carbon monoxide or ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide as terpolymer and 0.1-0.4 parts by weight of anti-oxidant based on 100 parts by weight of polyethylene. The polyethylene has 0.8-0.935g/cm3 of density, 0.1-30g/10min of melt-index, 2-15 of Mw/Mn and 50,000-300,000 of weight average molecular weight and comprises homopolymer formed by free-radical initiation under 15,000 psi by means of tubular or autoclave reactor or copolymer of ethylene and comonomer formed using Ziegler-Natta catalyst or metallocene catalyst under 1,000 psi.
