摘要： PURPOSE: A mine-resistant protection kit of a special vehicle is provided to efficiently disperse the explosion pressure of a mine, thereby preventing physical impact caused by an explosion of the mine from being delivered to the special vehicle without an exclusive increase of weigh. CONSTITUTION: A mine-resistant protection kit(10) of a special vehicle comprises an outer material(21) and an inner material(22). The outer material contains 0.1-0.3% of C, 0.6-0.8% of Si, 1.5-1.7% of Mn, 1.4-1.6% of Cr, 0.3-0.5% of Ni, 0.4-0.6% of Mo, and 0.001-0.006% of B, and the rest of Fe. The thickness of the outer material is 10-20mm and the explosive pressure of mine is actuated on the outer material. The inner material is joined to an inner side of the outer material with a sealant and prevents the deformation of the outer material. The inner and outer materials are joined by riveting or bolting.

CONSTITUTION: A mine-resistant kit(10) of a special vehicle comprises a horizontal part(12), inclined parts(14), ribs(16), and brackets(18). The horizontal part is horizontally arranged in the lower part of the special vehicle, and pressure from a mine explosion is actuated on the horizontal part. The inclined parts are formed on both sides of the horizontal part and inclined in and upper outward direction. A part of the inclined parts is fixed to side plates of the special vehicle. The pressure of the mine explosion is dispersed. The ribs are arranged on the inner side of the inclined part and separate a surface of the special vehicle from the inclined parts.
